Some people prefer to have d-sliced salmon as each slice brings an even flavour and texture throughout the fillet of the salmon.

Years of excellence!
We started collecting multiple sides of John Ross smoked salmon direct from your depot at Aberdeen harbour during our 40-year residence in Aberdeen for our own consumption and for sending as presents for relatives. Since moving to Macclesfield 9 years ago we have continued this tradition by having our order delivered by courier. They have always arrived on time and the quality has never slipped from the highest standards. The product is still much appreciated by all who are fortunate enough to be recipients!

Excellent Smoked Salmon – highly recommend
When my old smoked salmon supplier went out of business I was bereft. I searched the Internet and eventually came across John Ross. Having had some very poor smoked salmon from other suppliers over the years, I rather nervously placed an order for a side. I need not have worried. The salmon was absolutely delicious – even better than my previous supplier. It was well-packaged, arrived on the date I requested with good communication about the delivery from the shipper. And the price was reasonable. A customer cannot ask for better service! I shall definitely be ordering again.

Delicious
Truly delicious smoked salmon, we ended up having more than we needed due to covid christmas preventing people visiting, so some of this has gone Into the freezer. But that's a great way to enjoy it over more weeks and tastes just as good.
