Best I have tasted for a long time!

Had some of your smoked salmon at a friends house and had to order some - it is really good! Mine arrived today together with a beautiful salmon which is now filleted and in the freezer - the colour of the salmon is really good - not that insipid colour you get from supermarket salmon! Will be ordering again!
