I close my eyes and think of heaven

Being an avid lover of smoked salmon but living too far inland to experience the true taste of freshly cured on the banks of whence it came i have spent my life eating what has been available through the standard network of supermarkets, i have become accustomed to the vacuum pack and have no qualms, Loch Fynne being the most available, Ghilee & Glen from Waitrose being the next port of call.. How pleased i was when during my last trip to Waitrose i found the shelf bare of Ghille and the "next best" appeared to be John Ross, let me tell you, (as im sure hundreds of others have !), that is the best bit of smoked salmon that has ever passed my lips, (apart from the memorable moment in Norway when i found some wild smoked red with the accompianment of some smoked whale to go with it. Your smoked salmon is the best, thank you
