Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and cover with teriyaki and soy sauce. Set aside to marinade. Preheat the oven to 180°c. Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
After 10 minutes in the marinade, transfer the salmon to a non-stick baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 12 minutes until just cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a wok, heat the sesame oil until smoking, and stir fry the vegetables with the garlic and ginger before finishing with the noodles and the remaining marinade.
When all hot and cooked through, pour into bowls and top with salmon, garnish with coriander and serve with wedges of lime.
