Egg and smoked salmon soldiers

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 200g pack of John Ross Traditional Smoked Salmon
  • Butter

Preparation method

  1. Simmer eggs gently for 5 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, toast the bread and butter generously before slicing into soldiers
  3. Wrap strips of smoked salmon around each soldier
  4. Place the eggs in egg cups, cut the top off and enjoy!
