Egg and smoked salmon soldiers
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 200g pack of John Ross Traditional Smoked Salmon
- Butter
Preparation method
- Simmer eggs gently for 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, toast the bread and butter generously before slicing into soldiers
- Wrap strips of smoked salmon around each soldier
- Place the eggs in egg cups, cut the top off and enjoy!
